Chelsea Walk & Train was started by Rob Hallberg in Chelsea, New York City. Rob has always had a strong connection to animals. He has combined his passion for animals with his love of science to create a unique pet service. It’s normal to see Rob on a dog walk doing dog sports, agility and of course reinforcing positive habits in his client’s dogs.
